Know Your Union, Know Your Rights — Workshop for Sessionals

You are invit­ed to join us for Know Your Union, Know Your Rights, a one-hour work­shop to learn more about your union and your rights as a ses­sion­al mem­ber of URFA. This work­shop is meant both for new­er ses­sion­als and for those who have been around for a while and want a refresh­er.

At this event you will:

• Be intro­duced to your union (URFA)
• Under­stand your rights as a ses­sion­al work­er in post-secondary
• Learn what a col­lec­tive agree­ment is and how it pro­tects your rights
• Explore the process to fol­low if you have a con­cern at work

We will be host­ing two ses­sions on Thurs­day, May 18 — one at 11 a.m. and one at 7:00 p.m.
